Houston and Milwaukee strike hard
Houston and Milwaukee showed a strong impression Sunday in their first NBA playoffs: the Rockets
dominated Utah 122-90 and beat the Detroit Bucks 121-86.
The day after the opening night of home defeats in Toronto, Philadelphia, and Denver, the logic was
respected this time.
The Houston Rockets scored a 7-point (31-24) advantage early and in the first quarter, but their free
time was reduced after the start of the third quarter when guests reduced the gap to 5 points ( 61-66).
Houston won the second quarter by 8 points (28-20) and the fourth quarter by 20 points (39-19).
In Milwaukee, the incumbent of the regular season, who had not reached the first round of the playoffs
since 2001, was eliminated early in the first quarter of the season by 20 points (38-18).
